Mason Fong AmeriCorps Promise Fellow Professional Development Assistant Mason is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with an individualized studies major in communications, philosophy, and leadership. As an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow, he will focus on creating and sustaining relationships and encouraging and engaging in service-learning initiatives throughout Minnesota. Mason is a true believer in SEER (Self, Experience, Education, & Relationships) in order to be a productive active citizen. While Mason is not at NYLC he is coaching wrestling at St. Paul’ Johnson High School, working on the Mississippi River, cooking, traveling, or watching the Packers or Brewers.
