Online
for practitioners

This summer NYLC, in partnership with the liberal arts college Viterbo University, is offering a series of online professional development classes. The courses are one graduate credit each and are offered through the Generator School Network (gsn.nylc.org). Membership in this community of service-learning practitioners is free.

In this course, participants will complete a self-assessment on a service-learning project they’ve developed, according to the K-12 Service-Learning Standards for Quality Practice. This class will include using the resources of the GSN to evaluate the project.

This is the second course in a series of online courses and may be taken individually or in a series.

To register for this course:
1. Download and fill out the NYLC registration form.
