Attend the NYLT Celebration Banquet

As summer begins, our thoughts turn to the National Youth Leadership Training, the founding program of the National Youth Leadership Council. This summer, 60 youth and their adult mentors will gather in Mound, Minn. at the Voyageur Environmental Center to participate in a week exploring issues of community involvement, the achievement gap, race relations, oppression, and ethics. NYLT participants tackle these issues by combining physically rigorous activities with intellectually stimulating seminars, cultural exchanges, small group interactions, and reflection.

We hope that you will join us on the final day of NYLT for a celebratory banquet. The evening will include dinner and a dynamic program featuring youth and alumni speakers.
