The Kielsmeier Leadership Fund is a donor-advised, endowed fund with the St. Paul Foundation. Your donation will accrue interest and leverage other resources to impact the lives and opportunities afforded to the many outstanding young people whom we have the privilege to work with at NYLC.
The Kielsmeier Leadership Fund will continue the work of Jim Kielsmeier, founder of NYLC, by providing authentic leadership experiences for young people, particularly those who are least often asked to lead. Together, we will ensure that young people are equipped with the skills to make powerful impacts in their communities.

| $50 | provides training materials for a youth at an NYLC leadership training. | |
| $250 | covers travel expenses for a youth to attend an NYLC leadership training. | |
| $1,000 | sponsors a youth to attend the annual 8-day National Youth Leadership Training. | |
| $2,500 | sponsors a 1-day follow-up training in which NYLT youth train their peers. | |
| $5,000 | provides a college scholarship for a Youth Advisory Council member. | |
| $10,000 | sponsors a team of youth to attend the National Youth Leadership Training. | |
| $25,000 | sponsors a school-wide, multi-day NYLC training on the achievement gap. |
