Service-Learning Curriculum Integration

Monday, September 20, 2010 (All day) - Friday, October 29, 2010 (All day)

This summer NYLC, in partnership with the liberal arts college Viterbo University, is offering a series of online professional development classes. The courses are one graduate credit each and are offered through the Generator School Network (gsn.nylc.org). Membership in this community of service-learning practitioners is free.

In this course, participants will engage in a practical application of the service-learning process through an examination of sample projects — paying particular attention to curriculum integration.

This is the third course in a series of online courses and may be taken individually or in a series.

To register for these one-credit courses:
1. Download and fill out the NYLC registration form.
2. Download and fill out the Viterbo registration form. In Part Two of the form, leave blank the course and section numbers.
