Join NYLC CEO Kelita Bak and Frederick Douglass Family Foundation in Washington, D.C. for a celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and the signing of FDFF's New Proclamation of Freedom. January 11th is also National Human Trafficking Awareness Day and FDFF will be joined by special guests at the "100 Days to Freedom" partner school.
