The National Youth Leadership Council and youthrive requests proposals for workshops and the service-learning showcase at the 23rd Annual National Service-Learning Conference® and youthrive PeaceJam Leadership Conference. Workshops are the heart of the conference, providing professional development opportunities for youth and adults alike.
Proposals must be submitted by Sept. 23, 2011.
Alec Dickson Servant Leader Award Nomination
The Alec Dickson Servant Leader Award given by the National Youth Leadership Council, recognizes an individual whose life has had a distinctive impact on service-learning. The recipient of the award personifies leadership, courage, creativity, and compassion — values Dickson felt characterized people he most respected.
Deadline to submit nominations is Sept. 23, 2011.
