Academically Rigorous Service-Learning Curriculum Design
Susan Root, NYLC’s research director, and Caryn Pernu, NYLC’s program director, offer classroom teachers and curriculum coordinators training on how to develop academically rigorous service-learning experiences linked to Minnesota state content standards and the school’s social and emotional education guidelines.

Celebration of Service
Semi-formal, traditional national dress, and other evening wear are all appropriate for the Celebration. Hors d’oeurves will be served. The event is not ticketed and will include a brief program at 6:30 p.m. Complimentary parking is available on site.
